1.Triple Display: One display of HDMI 1 output, one display of HDMI2, one display of VGA, the laptop screen is black. Only Windows support MST, Mac OS DOSE NOT support.Screen switch shortcut key: Windows+P.
2.We do not recommend adding an extra extension cable for the hub as it can cause slow transmission, HDMI port not being recognized, or other connective issues. Not intended for use with gaming devices and high-power devices. (external hard drives, iPad, etc.)
3.The USB ports are intended for data transfer. They only provide minimal 0.5A charging.
4.DO NOT support replication or extended displays when connecting the gaming device.
5.The max resolution of VGA and HDMI simultaneous output is 1080P. The max resolution of two HDMI simultaneous output is 4K UHD.
6.All of our products do not support USB C Female to USB Male Adapter and Express 4X to USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) 2-Port Type C Expansion Card Asmedia Chipset for Windows/Linux Kernel , since the converter will cause our hub lose all functions.
7.We would like to suggest you plug you wireless keyboard/mouse to USB 2.0 port .

Ultra HD 4K output& Triple display: mirror or extend your screen with the USB C adapter HDMI port and directly stream 4K UHD or full HD 1080P video to HDTV, monitors, or projectors for a cinema-like visual feast. Triple display: one Display of HDMI1 output, one Display of HDMI2, one Display of VGA output, but only Windows system support MST, Mac OS does not support. Screen switch shortcut key: windows+P. Triple display makes you manage multiple applications more convenient.
Reliable and super-speed data Syncing: two 3.0 USB ports support transmission speed rates of up to 5 Gaps. Two USB 2.0 Ports with 480 Mbps transfer speed. Due to the USB 3.0 radio frequency interference to the wireless connection, It is advisable to connect the USB 2. 0 port which located in the opposite side of USB 3.0.

It’s a solid little hub. I bought it to use with my 2017 MacBook Pro. I don’t see why one would get a hub if it doesn’t have every possible port one could use. Otherwise, you may end up needing more than one hub. That’s why I went for this one. I opted for the one that had two HDMI ports, rather than extra usb ports. You never know! The ports themselves all work, and everything fits tight. If you’re having trouble getting the headphone port to work, you need to change the audio output to “USB PnP Audio Device.” If you do that, the audio comes through great. The casing on the hub feels like aluminum, and though it will get warm to the touch, it doesn’t get outrageously hot.It also comes with a soft case, nothing fancy. I’ll include a picture. I’ll also include a picture of the hub next to my computer so you can get a feel for its size. For context, it’s a 15-inch screen. It’s one of the most expensive hubs, but it does everything you could want and works like a charm!

+Likes++I like this most from the all of my USB HUB because this one has all kind of ports and most number of ports you may need in the hub. This is smallest side docking station I have ever used.+ HDMI: HDMI to HDMI – Works well, HDMI to DVI converter – works well, HDMI to Display Port – works well.+VGA: Works well – This is very useful and handy since many old monitor works with only VGA port.+ VGA+HDMI or VGA+HDMI+HDMI: I like this most as Both port works together and displays two separate monitors form the laptop.+USB C: works well, USB-2.0: Works well & USB-3.0: works well+SD card: works well.+Ethernet: tested up to 200Mb/s – works well.+Audio: Audio and mic – works well.-Dislike-There is nothing that I would dislike about this HUB.Overall, this is very well designed USB HUB that has all the connectivity in one. Quality of outer case is very well and durable. Came with nice soft cloth case.I like this HUB and I recommend this.I love TOTU usb hub they are just great I have used 3 TOTU USB hub and it’s always batter then previous one. They are improving very single time. Love this last one and waiting for the next upgraded version.

I will start this off by saying that their customer service was very persistent to make sure I was satisfied. That goes a long way. I am not changing my review text as it is the truth but I will say my rating definitely went up!The verbiage that was on Amazon does need to be modified please! It stated that the triple monitor output was for a Windows machine only and the dual monitor ability would be Mac friendly. This was the sole basis for me purchasing this $75 piece of hardware. I do not really need any of the ethernet, Power, memory card, etc features. The only thing I need to do is output to two monitors. I figured the other stuff would just be a bonus and it would be convenient to only have one adapter to hook up my two monitors. When hooking this up to my brand new MacBook Pro, all you get is the same thing duplicated on both monitors. Let me also state that the monitors are brand new so they are not the problem. I have a Windows machine and the dual monitor feature works without a hitch.Needless to say in order for you to get two + monitors working on a Mac laptop that only has four USB-C connections, you are stuck with buying two+ regular USB-C to HDMI/VGA/etc. adapters. The only thing this adapter is really good for is having a super expensive way to plug-in and ethernet cable; or I suppose pulling something off of microSD card.

I bought this to work with my work laptop, which is normally extended to 2 additional screens. This hub does allow for 3 screens to be used, but I was very disappointed that it only “Cloned” or “Mirrored” the main display. They do not “Extend” the display. Basically all you are getting is 3 screens that all show the same thing, which is worthless to me. Thankfully I was able to use the HDMI port on the laptop for one extended monitor and am using this hub to connect the VGA (mirroring the laptop). So at least I get 2 screens to use on normal monitors while the laptop is closed. But yes, I am very disappointed I cannot run 3 monitors like this product advertises. Also, the USB ports are under-powered. Running 2 USB devices (keyboard and headset) works ok, but if I plugged in a 3rd (mouse), everything slowed to a crawl. The mouse responsiveness was jerky and not usable as a 3rd device. Long story short, while this hub has 4 USB ports, only 2 are usable at the same time.EDIT on 1/6/2020: I will be returning this product. Wow, DO NOT BUY! I almost returned it last Friday, but then suddenly the HDMI Port #2 started working and I could extend the display to 1 additional monitor. I wanted 3 unique monitor displays, but 2 was at least bearable. Now I started up my laptop today, and again this hub is having the same problems. My laptop will no longer detect the monitor plugged in on the HDMI port – only the VGA (which can only clone the laptop screen – not extend). So, I am back to this “3 monitor” hub doing nothing but cloning my laptop screen. To top it all off, I can now only run a single USB device on this hub before it starts having performance issues. My wireless keyboard and mouse were constantly stuttering or having connection issues. Literally everything this hub says it does is false. For those wondering, my laptop is a new HP Elitebook 745 G5. My wireless devices are all Logitech.
